Significance test for spike trains based on finite point process estimation

SfN2009_Significance_test_posterI have been working on developing methods to test if two sets of spike trains come from a same probability law (point process) or not. I am going to presentation of the idea in public for the first time in society for neuroscience 2009, Chicago. It’s going to be on Oct 21st morning session, poster# 789.1/GG119. If you have spike train like data but suffering from their noisiness for analysis in terms of change detection, you maybe interested in this one. Please come visit my poster!

I am also a second author of another poster, 349.9/V18 on Oct 19th morning. This one is about the population coding in olfactory primary sensory system. This time the model prediction is made on the single neuron recordings.
